Just Live It - Naturally!

It's been over a year since I sat down and Blogged, as I have never seen any comments other that drug postings that I got tired of removing. However, I was encouraged recently to review my Blog site and see there were several positve comments to which I say Thank You!

With that said, an area that needs to be addressed is lifestyle. With the popular phrase by Nike to "Just Do It," I believe there needs to be such a simple phrase to encourage people to experience what natural medicine truely holds. Any reader to find such a Blog as mine already has something inside of them calling out that there is something better, or an answer to be found in natural medicine. What you are searching for is wisdom! However, what you must know is that to find wisdom you must "experience" the truths you seek through basic understanding and knowledge.

"Just Live It - Naturally" can serve as such a simple phrase with profound potential and consequences. Many readers may already feel that you are living a natural health lifestyle; possibly already eating mostly organic food, taking supplements, exercising daily, and incorporating some form of detoxification therapy to your lifestyle which satisfies your personal understanding of health. Let's take it a step further.

To simplify things, picture your body as an amoeba. Your environment holds your capacity for life and health. Anything you come in contact with, whether toxic or nourishing, can be absorbed and becomes part of your internal world depending on the concentrations you're exposed to. Once any molecule enters the body, it then becomes either a burden or benefit. The health of the internal world is dependant on your ability to eliminate (pee, poop, and sweat as humans) the burdens placed upon you, while using the beneficial nutritrients are used to maintain and support the needed biochemical processes to sustain life. So where does this put you in today's world?

Today's world is toxic! The amount of daily burdens tends to exceed the body's capacity to handle them. To counter this daily stress, I encourage you to look into the 5 Phase Optimal Health approach. This statement will cause you to continue to seek, as it is outlined on my website. However, the basics are to change your environment. What you breathe, eat, drink, shower in, put on your body, the electrical fields you are exposed to, as well as other environmental exposures create your environment. CHANGE IT! When considering diet and lifestyle, you must evaluate your habits. A habit in essence are life patterns with consequences. The lifestyle choices and habits you make define your health. When considering a diet, consider what habit you want that reflects the health goals you want that diet to provide.
